Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: May 29, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains content and behavior that are not allowed on Onlybas Image. It applies to prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, public gallery material, and account activity.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Onlybas Image to create, request, upload, distribute, or promote illegal content, fraud, malware, harassment, hateful abuse, violence, self-harm instructions, or content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.

NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content is not allowed. CSAM, sexual content involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, non-consensual use of a real person's likeness, or attempts to sexualize a real person are strictly prohibited.

Identity, Deepfake, And Consent Rules

Onlybas Image must not be used for face-swap tools, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual manipulation of a person's likeness, or content intended to mislead viewers about whether a real person said or did something.

You must have appropriate permission for any reference image, brand asset, personal likeness, or third-party material that you submit.

AI Safety And Moderation

Onlybas Image may screen prompts and uploaded materials through automated or third-party moderation systems before generation. A request may be blocked when it is denied, flagged, technically unsafe, or inconsistent with this policy.

The service is not marketed as uncensored, unfiltered, NSFW, or adult image generation. Attempts to bypass safeguards may result in refusal of service, account restrictions, or removal of content.

Gallery And Attribution

Public gallery examples are provided for inspiration and prompt discovery. Do not submit removal-resistant reposts, misleading attribution, copyrighted material you are not authorized to use, or content designed to evade a prior takedown request.

Enforcement And Contact

Onlybas may block prompts, remove gallery entries, restore credits for qualifying technical failures, restrict accounts, or take other action needed to protect users, creators, payment providers, and the service.

Report policy concerns or removal requests to tech@onlybas.com.
