Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

Onlybas may restrict or suspend an account where necessary to prevent misuse, comply with law, protect the service, or investigate suspected fraudulent activity.

Credits are in-service units used for digital image generation. The currently stated conversion is USD 1 = 100 credits, with monthly packages starting at USD 10. Each USD 10 purchased also includes 200 AI Edit uses, which are consumed only for AI-assisted prompt editing. Credits and AI Edit uses are not stored-value financial products, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

When a recurring subscription is available, customers may cancel future renewals through the payment provider's customer portal or another cancellation entry provided in the product. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not reverse already delivered digital credits or completed generations.

The applicable generation charge is shown before submission. Successfully delivered digital generation services are generally non-refundable. If an eligible technical error results in a charged request without delivered output, Onlybas may issue a credit restoration or other appropriate correction.

You retain responsibility for prompts and reference images you submit. You represent that you own, control, or have permission to use all uploaded and submitted material as needed for your requested use.

You must not use the service to create or submit content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, facilitates fraud, depicts sexual exploitation of minors or CSAM, contains NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material, promotes hateful abuse, enables deepfakes or non-consensual impersonation, or otherwise causes unlawful harm. Onlybas may refuse generation or remove gallery content that violates these requirements.

Onlybas may index publicly shared AI prompt examples for discovery while displaying available attribution information. Creators or rights holders may request correction or removal of content by emailing tech@onlybas.com with identification of the relevant content and supporting information.

AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Onlybas is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of generated output or third-party reference material. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Onlybas may update these terms when the product, pricing, or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Questions, support requests, and content-removal notices may be sent to tech@onlybas.com.
