When you use image generation, we process prompts, selected settings, uploaded reference images, generated results, and related metadata so the requested digital output can be delivered and stored in your account history.

We use information to provide the gallery and generator, authenticate users, process payments and credits, deliver generated images, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, improve service reliability, and comply with legal and payment-platform obligations.

AI prompts may be screened by automated moderation systems before generation. Requests that violate the service rules may be blocked or removed.

Onlybas may share necessary information with infrastructure, authentication, database, payment, AI model, and moderation providers only to operate the service, process transactions, provide support, and meet compliance requirements.

Onlybas does not sell personal information. Payment details are handled by payment processors or merchant-of-record providers and are not stored as full card details by Onlybas Image.

We retain account, credit, transaction, and generation records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet compliance obligations, or as otherwise permitted by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
